Sanction of Electronics Manufacturing Cluster at Dharwad

On the same day the Hubballi Dharwad Belagavi ecosystem received another good news which will position itself on the global map for the Electronics Manufacturing. The MEITY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) Government of India, sanctioned the Electronics Manufacturing Cluster at Dharwad. This cluster of about 224 acres will attract global electronics manufacturers to operate and scale from the cluster. This EMC will have common facilities for the industry. The cluster is projected to attract investments to the tune of 1500 crores and a potential to employ about 18,000 employees.
