REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS FLOW FOR EVENTS
- Go to the Event Page (Click Here) to fill the registration form.
- After completely filling registration form click on 'Make Payment' button to connect with Payment Gateway and complete your payment.
- Once your payment is credited to our bank account, then your registration will be considered completed
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) (“us”, “we”, “KDEM”, or “our”) operates https://beyondbengaluru.com/ and all Flagship events mentioned under https://beyondbengaluru.com/events/.
Refunds Against Cancellations
Refunds for cancellations will be processed as per the following terms:
- Cancellation requests received on mail, on or before 16th August 2025: 75% of the registration amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation requests received on mail, on or after 17th August 2025: No refund will be provided.
Registration Transfer / Substitution
- Requests for registration transfer or substitution submitted via mail will be accepted only until 21st August 2025.
- All such requests must be submitted in writing via mail to: info@beyondbengaluru.com
Additional Notes
- In case a registered delegate is unable to attend the event for any reason, no refund will be issued, irrespective of the circumstances.
- All refund and substitution decisions rest solely with the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission and shall be final.
